Shipment & Process

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, allowing you to follow your order all the way home. Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

Note: If you can't track your order, please double-check your Email address, your Order ID, or contact us for support.

Tracking information may not be updated immediately for several reasons, including:

  • The tracking number has just been created, and it may take up to 7 business days for updates due to delays in scanning and website updates.
  • The package may not be scanned until it reaches the regional hub near the destination.

However, if your tracking status has not been updated for over 10 business days, please contact us for immediate assistance.

Yes, we do. The shipping time will depend on the country of delivery.

Order processing typically takes 3-5 business days from the time your order is placed until it is ready for shipping.

We offer two shipping options:

  • Free shipping (5-8 business days) after the order is embroidered.
  • Expected shipping (4-6 business days) after the order is embroidered.

Design Proof & Confirmation

We will send your Design Proof/Confirmation via SMS (or email if your phone is not available) for all personalized orders.

Yes, you can. Please provide any additional information or requests in the Notes section when placing your order. We will contact you for confirmation before proceeding with the embroidery.

Typically, you can expect to receive your Design Proof/Confirmation within 3-5 days from the date of your order. In many cases, it may arrive even sooner.

Yes, during peak seasons such as holidays, the delivery of the Design Proof/Confirmation may be extended beyond the typical timeframe mentioned. We appreciate your understanding during these busy times.
